Refund Policy

Study Smart Serve comes with a Pass Guarantee. Study with a paid plan, sit the official Smart Serve test, and if you do not pass we refund your purchase in full or extend your access free of charge. Your choice. The guarantee covers both plans: $7.99 a week and $49.99 for lifetime access.

Request a Refund

To claim the Pass Guarantee, email us within 30 days of your official test. Include the email address on your account and the result Smart Serve gave you. We answer within 5 business days and send refunds to the original payment method. Outside the Pass Guarantee, purchases are final, and unused time on a weekly plan is not refunded. You can cancel a weekly plan at any time in your account or device settings and keep access until that week ends.

Purchase Platforms

Buy on the web and we handle the refund ourselves. Buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play and those stores run their own billing and refund process, so send the request to Apple or Google. The Pass Guarantee still applies either way. Email us and we will make it right.
