The full Smart Serve test has 33 multiple-choice questions.
You must score 80% or higher. With 33 questions, the lowest passing whole-question result is 27 correct answers.
The final test is proctored online. It uses webcam ID verification and screen monitoring.
The official full online course costs $44.95 CAD and includes two test attempts.
A Smart Serve certificate is valid for five years from its issue date.
No. Study Smart Serve is an independent exam-preparation app. It does not replace the official Smart Serve course or final test.
Read the 14 lessons first, then answer practice questions until you can explain the right answer without looking. Finish with the 5 mock exams, which use the same 33-question format as the official test. Your official course access lasts 30 days from purchase, so arrive ready.
